This is a modern elective designed for students who want to improve their physical fitness through intentional, low-impact motion. This course focuses on the "studio" experience, blending the best of yoga, pilates, and fusion-style movement workouts, as well as outdoor walks and other accessible activities. No prior experience is required; bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This studio is a "judgment-free zone" where every body and every fitness level is welcome. This option can be taken in addition to PE 9.
