This is our Intermediate band meant to welcome our new music students into the HHHS music family! Students will meet every other day yearlong during the regular timetable (this counts as a Grade 9 option class) and will work on building your musical talents with the aim of continuing Band in Grade 10 (at either the Senior or Intermediate level). For those interested in Rock Band, this class does not conflict, so students are able to register for both. We will focus on tone, intonation and technique, as well as having a whole lot of fun. PLEASE NOTE - this course is for students who are currently in a Grade 8 music program. If you would like to be in band but have no experience, please check out Intro to Band 9! Limited numbers of instruments are available to rent through the school on a first come, first served basis.
