This course investigates chemical reactions and is recommended for students who have an interest or are intending to follow careers in life science, physical science, or applied science. Central themes in Chemistry 30 are organic reactions, energetics, electrochemistry, and equilibrium. It is recommended that students successfully complete Math 20-1 before beginning Chemistry 30.
