COURSE DESCRIPTION

This sequence will assist the student in developing and maintaining physical fitness as well as efficient and effective motor skills. The students will be exposed to the core elements of CrossFit in a progressive and safe manner. The focus will be on movement Mechanics, Consistency, then Intensity. This course is recommended for students who want to increase their physical fitness, and are willing to work hard. Pre-requisite: Successful completion of Physical Education 10.
